please excuse typing - injured my shoulder.
i reckon the most common name regardless of type - alpheratz, antares, alpha centauri. there may be contentious ones, but i can't think of any at the moment.

I was about to start Almach (gamma And.) but it is known under a variety of different spellings and that's saying nothing about alpha And. for instance which can be Alpheratz or Sirrah. Would it be better to have the article title be the Bayer designations (alpha And. etc) or the common name since some like Antares are more likely known under the common name by the public than alpha Sco. Naturally, either would be redirected from the other as well.> > Any suggestions?> > Michael> _________________________________________________________________> Try Chicktionary, a game that tests how many words you can form from the letters given.
