[Cz-biology] Requesting help moving appendixes of "Life/Draft" to subpages

Biology Workgroup:
Several members have suggested moving the "Appendixes" of "Life/Draft" to a
subpage. I do not have the technical skill to do that.
Will someone volunteer to do that.
If I could have a choice, I would title the subpage "Supplementary Text"
rather than "Appendixes", as the later invites resonance with vestigial
organs.
