[Cz-biology] Second Request for Biology Editor to Nominate Life/Draft for Approval

Dear Fellow Biology Workgroup Editors:

 

I believe [[Life/Draft]] much more developed and mature than the current
approved version, [[Life]], and that it should replace the current version.
As I have made significant authorial contributions, I cannot attach the 'to
approve' banner.  I understand that only one editor's name need appear on
the banner, and approval becomes automatic unless an editor removes the
banner for cause during the pre-approval stage, before the date set for
automatic approval.

 

In response to my first request, David Goodman, Gareth Leng and few others
noted aspects of the article that needed attention, and suggested
improvements.  I evaluated them, and made substantial changes to the article
in response.  I agree the feedback improved the quality of the article.
Gareth called the editing "conscientious" and added agreement to have the
article approved.  Stephen Ewen, who like Gareth contributed to writing the
article, indicated he would "encourage" approval of the article.  Three
editors who helped author the article thus have no objections to attaching
the 'to approve' banner on [[Life/Draft]].
