(Note that further down on that page we'll be collecting quotations from
biologists; you could add some kind lines of your own in praise of the CZ
project and Biology Week.)

adapted as necessary by you biologists):

I figure we can get a few nice quotes for the announcement letter & press
release that way, as well as starting to get plugged into the professional
biology community.

I know this plan must sound ambitious, but it's not *that* much work,
especially if there are a number of people working on it.  The result will
almost certainly be an excellent influx of "fresh blood" for CZ.
