[Cz-biology] Giant panda/naming

I have to agree with Marielle that this needs clarification. Unless I'm
mistaken, the Biology Workgroup never did arrive at a particularly clear
resolution...is that correct? If so, I would like to repeat (I believe it
would be repeat) my call for a poll of CZ biologists.
