[Cz-biology] Giant panda/naming

Also, do we really want to have a pure majority vote?  In this
instance, some sort of ranked vote might be appropriate, especially as
there are so few voters.  With such a small pool of people, the voting
outcome has too much randomness to really show what a majority would
think.  We should really have statistically significant results to
make an official policy- otherwise there's no purpose to voting to
begin with.  Also, should we really be able to see the results of the
vote before we vote?  Right now, of course, there's no risk of an
information cascade, but there are still psychological factors at
work.
