[Cz-biology] Biology Week date again

Hi all,

Someone has suggested privately July 14-20 as an alternative date for
Biology Week.  I'd be OK with that, but we'd have to do a lot more
organizational work sooner, in order to get announcements made properly by
then.  Do you prefer that to Sept. 8-14 (best to start on a Monday,
actually), or Sept. 22-9 (which was another suggestion, or even later)?
Earlier in September won't work because at too many universities, that's the
first week of the semester--and John pointed out on the wiki that even Sept.
8-14 is maybe too close to the start of the semester.
