Very sparse, and mostly just pointers to other sources. However, it is
better than nothing for this topic.

 

I nominate it for approval, with the understanding that it is closer to an
outline than an article.

Although the article could be further developed along many different lines,
as it stands it gives the reader a coherent introduction to the topic. 

It has subpages with an extensive bibliography, listing of related articles,
and several informative external links, most annotated.

 

Would an editor consider nominating it for approval.  The waiting period
would give others an opportunity to make improvements.

 

Further development can occur in the draft version after approval.
