[CZ-bugs] CZ very slow, problem possibly at Steadfast

My guess is it is a transatlantic link problem. The address 92.79.213.154 is a machine in Germany (according to reverse dns). The delay is between this machine and the border machine linx1.lon00.steadfast.net.

Here is a traceroute from my home machine. As you can see, there is no spike in the hop delay between the steadfast network border machine and its neighbor.
