[CZ-bugs] Fw: Tried uploading gif file at 8:01pm eastern US time -- but it didn't load; CZ appears down again

To me, this sounds close to
http://reid.citizendium.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32#c3 - files above
about 2MB do not load at all, and some of the file types that do appear in
the upload menu are not actually set as allowed.
