svg worked at one point in time (see: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Image:PD-icon.svg). Have you tried uploading either svg or ogg files and experienced a failure?

P.S. I would like to check out uploading files over 2MB on the live wiki. However, I don't just want to upload a random file. I would prefer uploading one that would be used.

You sent me a reference to such a file, which I downloaded. However, for me to test uploading the file (which you suggest fails for you), I need the correct upload form information. Would you send that to me?
