Happy New Year!
I'm not sure why this comment has struck such a visceral chord, but it has
moved me to respond.
hydroxyapetite - 3,470 Google hits including journal articles
hydroxyapatite - 653,000 Google hits (obviously the preferred spelling or
the other 3,470 are in error.)
The Phosphorus article on CZ clearly displays its DRAFT label before any
portion of the entry. In less keystrokes than it took to pen the short
sarcastic missive about error free collaborative projects Beth Neill could
have made the correction in the article.
Perhaps I'm overly sensitive to the mindset that passively derides rather
than actively constructs. Maybe this is my cultural .us bias to innovate
over an old-school .uk penchant to lodge a complaint and happily pay the tax
on tea.
Here's hoping we spur more folks into active participation in 2008....
