Hi Larry and All,

IMHO, if someone presents a theory as a fact; the whole presentation becomes
false, even if it contains elements of truth in it.

I like the proposal made by Robert Tito: Saving it in the archives.

Do we have an archive (or perhaps a "Pending Article Repository) that cannot
be accessed by the public; but, only by the editors, constables and maybe
the author?

This might make the final approval process simpler and quicker.
