[Cz-editcouncil] Reminder for Voting on Resolution 0004

Dear All,
This is to kindly remind all that the Resolution 0004 was supposed to be
open for voting for another 1 hr.- i.e., up to Tuesday August 14, 2007,
04:30 hrs UTC. Since, so far only 12 persons have voted, while, for the
quorum we need at least 16 persons to vote, I am extending the limit of
voting for another 72 hrs., i.e., up to Friday August 17, 2007, 04:30 hrs
UTC.
The Editorial Council members who haven't voted so far, please vote
immediately at
