[Cz-editcouncil] CZ Council Resolution 0005: initial resolution

Dear Council members,

As there are now two co-sponsors, the resolution now bypasses the
(empty) queue and enters the Private Comment period.  By the way, if you
need a refresher as to what our process is, it's summarized here:

We now need your initial, pre-discussion comments, which should not
exceed 500 words.

Please note that I will be unavailable much of next week, so Dr.
Sarbadhikari (if he's available) will have to set an ending time for
