Dr. Kulik, I noticed on the attachment that you weren't signed in.  That
is probably the trouble.  You first need to sign in.  Your user name is
"Vitaly Kulik".  You can find your password by going to the login page

    adjustments. This would have the side-effect of helping us reach

    Please note, I *won't* simply and singlehandedly remove you from
    the
    Council, because, according to our rules, that is not actually in
    my
    power to do. But you're free to resign if you find you lack the
    time to
    participate. Obviously, I would love it if you were to get
    involved
    more vigorously not only in the Council, but in Citizendium as a
    whole.
    But I understand all about personal time constraints.
