[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0007 status

Dear All,
I am closing the period of public discussion formally. Further, the
procedure outlined here shall be followed:

Since Larry, as the Sponsor of the motion, has called for an extension, he
and the co-sponsors are requested to come up with the amended version of
the Resolution 0007  (keeping in mind the discussion and the raised points
of concern) by Monday December 10, 2007. However, if the time is felt to
be insufficient, we may extend the period covering the Christmas / New
Year break and reassemble in January 2008.

There shall be further discussions based on the Amended Resolution, at a
later date.
