[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0007 status

Dear All,
Since the proposed amendments to the Resolution 0007 are not yet ready, I
hereby extend the "Waiting Period" by another month (encompassing the
Christmas / New Year break) up to January 10, 2008.
Hopefully by that time the Sponsor (Larry), and other EC members willing
to help him in this regard, will be able to present the Amendments to the
Council for further discussions and voting.
Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance!
