I will be calling for a vote on Resolution 0003, concerning Eduzendium,
next week (probably Tuesday or Wednesday).  Note that the resolution has
been amended so as to meet at least some of your earlier critical
comments.

I'm very sorry I have let the Editorial Council work slide recently. I'm
afraid I'm overextended--but in the next few weeks, I hope to propose a
method whereby the Council operates in a more bottom-up fashion, so that
I am not a bottleneck.  Basically, I'm going to propose that *everyone*
can move proposals along, as the Council Chair can do; the Chair merely
has to approve the messages.  I'll explain later.
