[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0003: discussion closed, voting begins

Dear Editorial Council members:

We are apparently ready to vote.  There have been no objections to my
earlier statement that we would be taking a vote "probably Tuesday or
Wednesday."

The Chair proposes that we end the vote on Friday, July 27, 2007, at 8
PM UTC (3 PM EST).  This ends the vote 72 hours from now, but slightly
into our "weekend time": does anyone have an objection to that?  If so,
we can move the closing time to early next week.

The Resolution in question concerns the Eduzendium proposal.

page.  But, in particular, I want to call your attention to four items.

We will doubtless go through a lot more business, a lot more quickly, in
the coming months.  I will have many proposals myself.
