All,

The vote on Resolution 0003 (Eduzendium) is now
closed.  The measure passed, 12-1, with 3
present/abstaining.  Including the
"present/abstaining" votes, the total of 16 votes may
be considered a quorum--just barely--as defined as
over 40% of our total membership of 38.

The next step will involve Sorin Matei working with
the CZ community and prospective academic partners on
setting up Eduzendium features.

We should also start an Eduzendium Workgroup.
