[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0003 - notes about sponsorship

All,

It was noted privately by a member that the sponsor of Resolution 0003 is
the same as the person who would be selected as the leader of the Eduzendium
project.  I would like to observe that, earlier, my own name had been placed
by Dr. Matei as primary sponsor, and I then replaced my name with his, since
it was his idea.  But since there is this concern about a person sponsoring
a resolution that benefits himself, I have put my name back on as primary
sponsor of the resolution.

The Chair has also removed David Shapinsky's name from the "Sponsored by"
line (though the Chair thanks Dr. Shapinsky for volunteering) on grounds
that there should be only one primary sponsor.
