[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0003: initial call for private comment

Contrary Martin,

These posts SHOULD be OUT in the open, just to make everybody aware  
about the ideas, feelings and attitude towards these topics.
It is a wrong thing to have them private in the first place - as how  
do we know your sincere remarks will come through at all? Now there  
is no knowledge about any remark whatsoever.
I would say: remarks about things we vote about need be open in the  
edit-council, nothing hidden.

Thanks for making this "mistake" it is greatly appreciated.
