[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0003: initial call for private comment

Dear All,
The accidental appearance of the mail by Martin has brought into fore a
couple of pertinent issues which may  require public discussion.
1. Rob is of the opinion that "remarks about things we vote about need be
open in the edit-council, nothing hidden". Obviously it implies that each
Council member will exercise self-restraint while raising any issues
without attacking the personnel concerned.
2. If that is indeed the majority view, the points 7 and 8 in the Outline
of the Process of
[http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Rules_of_Procedure/Amendment_1]
may have to be deleted by the procedure adopted by the Resolution 0001.
