[Cz-editcouncil] Shall we test the system?

I strongly recommend that we all put the Page for the Editorial Council 
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council on our watch list, so 
that we notice important changes. I have sponsored Larry's initial proposal 
[I hope that was what was needed!]
