[Cz-editcouncil] Shall we test the system?

Dear Larry,
I was thinking of something in the lines of
[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia]. As the volume of
articles/pages related to CZ Policies grow with time, a dedicated
discipline workgroup (may not be having lots of members but certainly
requiring a great deal of time) may become necessary.
Also, what I meant by "Presiding Officer" for conducting any vote may be
known as "Returning Officer" or "Election Officer" or "Electoral Officer"
or "Polling Officer". After all, what's in a name?
