Just an informational report here.

I've been working for the last five hours on your extremely useful comments
about the Rules of Procedure.  You can see my ongoing work here:

Obviously, it is three hours after I said I would have an amended draft of
the rules for you.  Moreover, there were two different (I think) reasonable
proposals, that we not begin a vote on a weekend (i.e., anywhere in the
world where it is the weekend) and also that we allow time for discussion
after a resolution is confirmed.

Therefore, I am going to stretch the discussion & voting schedule out for
Resolution 0001 out a bit.  I will set us to close voting on the amendments
sometime Monday or Tuesday, and then we might start voting on the resolution
itself a day later.
