[Cz-editcouncil] 30 hour minimum?

Could the person who suggested that we make the minimum time for voting on
relatively insignificant motions 30 hours, instead of 24, please contact me?
I forget who it was and I can't find the comment itself.  The question I
want to ask is why 30 hours should be regarded as more fair than 24 hours.
Since in any 24 hour period there is going to be an equal amount of time of
activity around the globe...
