[Cz-editcouncil] 30 hour minimum?

That's me. I suggested it because it fits normal patterns for people
with other responsibilities. One day I may work on Citizendium
starting at 6 PM, the next day at 9. If something was proposed at 7 PM
the first day I'd never see it.
Being on the EC is a major responsibility, and we all should have
realized we'd need to connect every day or so, and spend a substantial
amount of time on it, but a literal 24 hrs is more suitable for
full-time CZ administrators, which most of us are not.  --
