Since I have used up my two messages about the amendment on the list, I have
put a reply here to Matt Innis and folks:

REMINDER: discussion of Amendment 1 will be CLOSING Wednesday, 3 PM UTC (10
AM EST).

If you have any requests for how the text should be further changed, please
either make them here or on the board above.

As I said earlier, if I DO make any changes to the amendment, I'll report
about them here on this list.
