Quorum needed!

This is a reminder.  Voting on the motion to amend Resolution 0001, by
replacing the current Rules with Amendment 1, will be closing in 24 hours
(Monday, May 21, 3 PM UTC/10 AM EST).  To vote, please go here:

So far, only 9 people have voted.  The rules define a quorum as 40% of the
Council, which is 16 members.  So, we need seven more people to vote!
