[Cz-editcouncil] Reminder - Resolution 0001: vote on motion to amend

I don't seem to be able to add my name to the Yes list (No list seems
to respond in the sense that I can edit the line following entry
number 1).  I am using Firefox 2.0.0.3.  Maybe I am  missing
something.
