All,

There is only one page to edit. If you can edit the No list, you can edit
the Yes list, because they're on the same page.

Please e-mail me privately if you would like a quick telephone tutorial from
yours truly on how to edit the wiki. I can cheaply call internationally, if
necessary. I want to make sure you're set up properly.

The basic steps, though, are simple--as follows.

(1) If you aren't automatically signed in when you go to the wiki, go to
http://www.citizendium.org/ and click "sign in" (upper right) and sign in.
If you need your password, put in your user name and click the "E-mail
password" link. If you need your user name, e-mail me ASAP and I'll look it
up.

(2) Once you're logged in, go here: http://tinyurl.com/3ckj8u

(Side note: if you want to know how to find that page later, look on the
left side of the wiki, under "project pages". Click "Project home" and then
look at the table of contents. Item 2.2 (currently) is "Governing bodies."
Click on that, and there's a link to "Editorial Council Home." Click that,
and there's a nice big set of Council links for you to explore. Under "The
Agenda" will be all the Resolutions under consideration--right now, there's
only one, under "Discussion," which reads: "Editorial Council Resolution
0001: adopt rules." If you want an overview of what the Council has done so
far, look at the Council Log, which I hope you all will find handy.)

(3) On that page (http://tinyurl.com/3ckj8u), press the "edit" tab.

(4) In the edit window, scroll down to the long list of names. If you want
to vote "Yes," then at the bottom of that list, type:

# ~~~

Just like that. If you want to vote "No," then scroll a little farther down
until you find the line reading:

# Put three tildes here to vote "No"

And just change that line to read:

# ~~~

(5) Then just press "Save page." You're done!
