[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0001: vote

Just a reminder to vote.  There are 14 votes so far, so nearly a quorum, but
the Chair hopes that everyone on the Council will vote on our first
resolution.  The Chair asks: if a member doesn't vote on the first one, will
that member ever vote on any?

Members have until Tuesday to vote, however, so you have plenty of time to
procrastinate.  :-)

(The Chair also observes that if anyone wishes to vote "No," then according
to Hobbes and many legal theorists, that does not mean you're not bound by
the rules, should they pass.  So go ahead and vote "No" if you must!)

Dear Council members,

As there have been no calls to extend debate, as was earlier announced,
debate is now closed, and we are now voting on Resolution 0001.  The

It is simple enough to include in this e-mail:

  Whereas, The Citizendium Editorial Council is in need of a method 
  of decisionmaking that is fair, wise, and efficient; 

  Resolved, That the Council adopts the document "Editorial Council 
  Rules of Procedure," as its rules of procedure.

As an aside, one member has volunteered to serve as Secretary, but we might
