[Cz-editcouncil] Reminder - Resolution 0001: vote closing in 12 hrs

Dear Council members,

Just another reminder.  (The rules call for reminders *approximately* 24
hours in advance, 12 hours, and one hour in advance of the end of discussion
and voting.)

So far we have only 19, out of 40, members voting.  This is our *very first*
vote on an important resolution.  Please do vote.

The vote on Resolution 0001 will be closing tomorrow (in about 11 hours).

It is simple enough to include in this e-mail:

  Whereas, The Citizendium Editorial Council is in need of a method 
  of decisionmaking that is fair, wise, and efficient; 

  Resolved, That the Council adopts the document "Editorial Council 
  Rules of Procedure," as its rules of procedure.

I hope all Council members will vote on this important resolution.
