[Cz-editcouncil] Reminder - Resolution 0001: vote closing in ONE HOUR

Dear Council members,

The vote on Resolution 0001 will be closing in ONE HOUR (10:45 AM Eastern),
45 minutes later than stated previously.  The resolution may be found here:

It is simple enough to include in this e-mail:

  Whereas, The Citizendium Editorial Council is in need of a method 
  of decisionmaking that is fair, wise, and efficient; 

  Resolved, That the Council adopts the document "Editorial Council 
  Rules of Procedure," as its rules of procedure.

I hope all Council members will vote on this important resolution.
