Point of order:

To establish a proposal "by acclamation," expressions of support aren't
really necessary (though personally I appreciate them and they are useful
info).  What is necessary is that, in a certain period of time, no one
objects or calls for a vote on the proposal.  Then, to proceed, the proposal
needs to be converted into a resolution and go through the usual process.

In other words, a "pro" vote isn't strictly necessary.  The absence of
"conta" votes (or "let's-take-a-vote" votes) establishes the proposal "by
acclamation."
