[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0006 - clarification

Editors:

I'd go for "What's Your #1 Article?", leaving open without commitment the
possibility of a #2, etc. Then scholars could anticipate CZ as a
open-source "journal" for publishing balanced articles as they interpret the
information.

Not thought through. Think author must do article before qualifying for
message; the latter permitted to relate to article.

Subject: [Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0006 - clarification

All,

There has been some understandable anxiety about this resolution in favor of
"What's Your Article?" and "What's Your Message?" programs.

Two relevant points are worth mentioning. First, this isn't going to happen
unless I put considerable labor into making it happen, and I have many
higher priorities at this point. Second, to implement them, I would *first*
see whether "What's Your Article?" had the expected beneficial effects
before starting "What's Your Message?"
