I have made some comments at http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ_Talk:Recipes
I think it a serious mistake to proceed with this in the total absence
of editors or other experts on the subject, and in the absence of any
real plans for maintaining quality.
As I think there needs to be some content for quality in the
discussion, I ask to table it until there is a more adequate proposal.
