So far there hasn't been a second Co-Sponsor
I would personally request all the EC members to visit the Proposal and give
your opinion whether there should be a vote or not.
If anyone would like to vote on this, please let me know latest by Friday

In the case of requirement for a vote, it will be placed as a formal
Resolution as per rules.
