P.S. I note that, as you can read here http://tinyurl.com/6h6oxr , this
business formally began with a motion to adopt the recipes proposal "by
acclamation."  That is why a formal resolution was never created--it was
(incorrectly) anticipated that no formal resolution would be necessary.
Since there has been an objection to the motion, however, a formal
resolution *is* necessary.
