This proposal seems like just good sense to me, and the wording of the notice
itself looks great.


Simon Overduin:
Resolution 0013, regarding medical disclaimers, seems generally
reasonable. I do wonder if it should be re-proposed (with a revised title,
reasoning and implementation text) if indeed the proposed disclaimer now
applies to any "professional category". Whether or not the resolution is
re-proposed, a more comprehensive list of what professional categories the
disclaimer is intended for would be helpful. Regarding the legal
considerations, is it clear that only United States laws weigh in on the
discussion?
