Rather than re-propose, which I am certainly willing to do, we could leave this item for each workgroup to discuss seperately on their respective Workgroup Style guides.
Do want to force some workgroups to do this or let each group decide among themselves?

Dear EC member

I have received two private comments on Res. 0013 as below.

Best wishes

Martin Baldwin-Edwards
Secretary
CZ Editorial Council

Larry Sanger:
This proposal seems like just good sense to me, and the wording of the notice
itself looks great.

Simon Overduin:
Resolution 0013, regarding medical disclaimers, seems generally
reasonable. I do wonder if it should be re-proposed (with a revised title,
reasoning and implementation text) if indeed the proposed disclaimer now
applies to any "professional category". Whether or not the resolution is
re-proposed, a more comprehensive list of what professional categories the
disclaimer is intended for would be helpful. Regarding the legal
considerations, is it clear that only United States laws weigh in on the
discussion?
