Dear EC member

The public discussion phase of Resolution 0013 (medical disclaimers) ends today in 1 hour and will proceed to a vote thereafter. 

As there is some indication that an amendment may be offered, it is important for someone to formally request an extension (say, 24 hours) to prepare an amendment or actually to put one on a subpage of the Resolution and propose it immediately. Otherwise, we should really just proceed to a vote on the original text.
