[Cz-editcouncil] Request for forming a Resolution

Dear All,
There are quite a few Proposals lying at:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Proposals/Editorial_Council
It will be nice if any of the members of the EC of CZ can make a Resolution
out of it, as was done in the cases of Resolution 9, 10, 11 and 13. The
method is delineated at:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_How_to_Make_a_Resolution
One of the proposals:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Proposals/Citing_CZ_article_by_authors
is of particular interest and urgency, especially if we want it to be
adopted before the proposed Workgroup Weeks:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Workgroup_Weeks
begin.
