In accordance with the wishes of the sponsor, the discussion period for this
resolution was extended to Friday 6 June, 18.00 UTC in order for an
amendment to be drafted and discussed. As this has not occurred, I am now
opening the resultion for voting, to end Monday 16 June, 18.00 UTC.
