[Cz-editcouncil] Call for new Resolutions

Dear All,
There are quite a few proposals at [
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Proposals/Editorial_Council ].
The "Drivers" for some of these are EC members. However, in a few cases the
drivers are not EC members. Nevertheless, any EC member can put forth those
resolutions in the format of Resolution 0009 [
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0009 ]
or Resolution 0010 [
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0010 ].
Some of these may be adopted by "acclamation", i.e., without voting, if
there is no objection from the EC members.
