I move the adoption of Resolution 0011 found at:

As there is no other Resolution in the Queue, I have bypassed the queue.
I am opening the Resolution 0011 for private comments to be sent directly to
the Secretary Martin at baldwin at panteion.gr or mbe at mmo.gr and NOT to the
mailing list.
