Dear Supten,
 
Again, just two points of order.
 
First, is it not the case that the rules state that members are required to
read only the "Member position statements" page, while (during the open
discussion period) general community discussion with both Council members
and everyone else can continue on on the forums?
 
Second, can't members call for more time for discussion, if needed?
