This is to inform all that the Resolution 0007 [

closed for discussion on the Amendments.
As per Sec. 4.4 of CZ:Editorial Council Rules of Procedure:

the discussions on the Amendments are over. There will be a vote for the
next 48 hrs., i.e., up to Thursday March 06, 2008, 03:30 hrs. UTC to adopt
the proposed amendments.
